The Center for Effective Teaching and Learning (CETaL) promotes excellence in teaching and student learning, and supports the community of teachers and learners in the El Paso region. The CETaL Fellows and Faculty collaborate to provide resources, workshops, and other services to create effective learning environments and develop learner-centered teaching materials.
